क्या कोई कविता…

उस दिन जब दुनिया ने मिलकर

प्रेम-पर्व मनाया था ,

नफ़रत ने भी पुलवामा पर

मायाजाल फैलाया था।

चाहे उन कायरों को संपूर्ण देश की

बद्दुआ लग जाएगी,

पर क्या कोई कविता उस माँ का

आँचल फिर भर पाएगी ?

 

विशाल हिमालय भी कृतज्ञ हो

अपना शीश झुकाएगा,

आसमान नम आँखों से

विलाप करता दिख जाएगा।

लहू रंगी धन्य धरती की

रूह भले काँप जाएगी,

क्या कोई कविता अब उस माँ का

आँचल फिर भर पाएगी ?

 

बदला लेने के सरकार के वादे

पिता का ह्रदय नहीं जोड़ पाएँगे,

तिरंगे- लिपटे प्राण- विरक्त उन तनों का

आभार वे नहीं जता पाएंगे।

देश भर की श्रद्धांजलियाँ

उस बेटी के आँसू नहीं रोक पाएँगी,

फिर क्या कोई कविता उस माँ का

आँचल फिर भर पाएगी ?

 

जिन वीर जवानों ने महायज्ञ में

अपना सब कुछ त्याग दिया,

उनके बलिदानों की महिमा

मोमबत्तियाँ व्यक्त नहीं कर पाएँगी।

अमर जवान ज्योति भभक कर

अनल- अश्रु बहायेगी,

क्या कोई कविता अब उस माँ का

आँचल फिर भर पाएगी ?

 

I just don’t have the heart to translate this one. It just… can’t be translated, you know.

For all my non-Indian friends, this is my humble tribute to the 40 CRPF soldiers who were killed by Jaish terrorists in the Pulwama district of Kashmir on February 14 2019. An SUV equipped with bombs was driven into the army camp by these monsters which killed 40 Indian soldiers. The Pakistani government sponsors these terrorist organisations, as a result of which the Indian government is now taking retaliatory measures against Pakistan, and has pledged to avenge the killing of these Bravehearts.

No amount of words can express our gratitude towards these men who sacrifice everything for the country, but I have tried my best to convey my feelings.
